About ShiftPilot AI

ShiftPilot AI is a software company building an operating layer for automotive retail. The product is used inside the dealership by the people who run the store day to day: dealer principals, general managers, sales and BDC teams, finance managers, service advisors and managers, and the group leadership that oversees multiple rooftops.

ShiftPilot AI was founded by Mikhile Tracey, Founder & CEO, who leads the product direction and architecture of the platform.

We are not a marketing agency, a lead vendor, or a data broker. The platform is the product, and the dealership owns its data inside it.

It connects the workflows a store already runs — lead follow-up, Customer 360, tasks, inventory, deal desk and finance readiness, documents and e-sign, service inspections and operations, communications, manager controls, and reporting — so the work happens in one place with one record of what happened.
