Access. Data is scoped to the dealership that owns it. Cross-dealership access is not permitted.
Third parties. We use infrastructure and AI providers to run the service. Subprocessors will be listed at /trust once contractually finalized.
Consumer data. ShiftPilot AI processes consumer information on behalf of dealership customers, acting as a service provider. Dealerships remain the controllers of consumer data they enter into the platform.
Retention. Data is retained while the dealership account is active and for a limited period afterward to satisfy backup and audit requirements. Specific retention windows will be published in the finalized privacy notice.
