Use of the service. ShiftPilot AI is provided to authorized dealership users as an operating system for CRM, inventory, deal desk, finance, and service workflows. Users agree to use the service in accordance with applicable law and their dealership's policies.
Accounts. Each user must have their own account. Sharing credentials is prohibited. Dealership administrators are responsible for managing their team's access.
Data ownership. The dealership owns the data it enters into the platform. ShiftPilot AI processes that data on behalf of the dealership.
AI features. AI-generated content is assistive. High-risk actions require human approval before execution. Users are responsible for reviewing outputs before using them with customers or lenders.
Availability. The service is provided "as is". Scheduled maintenance and unplanned outages may occur.
Warranties and liability. Formal warranty, limitation-of-liability, and indemnification language will be finalized in the legally reviewed version of these terms.
Termination. Dealership administrators can revoke user access at any time. Either party may terminate the service subject to the finalized commercial terms.
